About Us

Da-Pork-Pulla serves authentic, slow-cooked, pit smoked barbecue.  We serve only the highest quality beef, pork and poultry. Everything is smoked using all hardwood (apple, cherry, oak and hickory) for 12-18 hours. We pride ourselves on using the freshest ingredients to ensure an explosion of flavors. The result is melt in your mouth, authentic (and slightly addictive)  BBQ. No sauce is required, but feel free to add our homemade sauces to enhance the flavor.

All food is prepared here & then delivered piping hot to your location. Please inquire about the delivery cost to your area.

HOT DELIVERY WITH SERVICE
Experienced wait staff are available for all occasions. The size of your party determines the number of servers required (1 server per 40-50 guests). Included with the server are chafing dishes, plates, serving utensils and so forth. All labor is based on six hours, including delivery, set up, serving, then breakdown and cleanup. Additional charges will apply for overtime or travel time depending on location of venue.

ON SITE COOKING
Have a real down home Southern Barbecue anywhere. We'll bring our grills, actual pit smokers on wheels, to your party to "finish" the meats and then serve your feast. One of our pitmasters will accompany the smoker to your event of up to 1000 guests.

We'll slo' smoke a whole pig ( or whatever else you would like) & deliver & serve it to your guests with all the fixin's, please inquire for more information.

Da Smoker

Da Pork Pulla's custom built barbecue grill and smoker on wheels is sure to impress, both by the tasty and flavorful food that it creates and by the careful craftmanship that went in to the mobile cookery's construction.  Chad has designed his rig to accomodate all kinds of cooking needs, and big enough to serve the biggest and hungriest crowds.

The largest of the two smokers has double racks and ample room to accomodate a smorgasbord of fine delicacies.  A second, smaller smoker stands at the ready to work slower and smaller jobs.  In addition, a two by four foot custom barbecue pit rounds out the cooking line-up, ready to grill up whatever suits you on its charcoal-fuelled flames.

The grill is completely sheltered by an extendable roof, so it doesn't matter if it rains or shines, Da Pork Pulla has you covered.  In addition, the custom lighting allows cooking operations to continue from early morning to late at night for those marathon slow-and-low  smoking jobs.
